The Artisan Cheese Kit has everything you need to create an array of delicious fresh and aged hard cheeses at home. Just add milk! No artificial flavours and preservative free.

This kit contains all the equipment and ingredients to make up to 20 batches (10 kg in total) of cheese.
Makes: mozzarella, ricotta, ricotta salata, mascarpone, quark, cottage cheese, feta, goat's feta, goat's milk spreadable cheese, halloumi, light cream cheese and french style cream cheese, farmhouse butter, Chevre Frais, colby, cheddar, havarti, Caerphilly and Wensleydale.
The mesophilic culture is shelf stable for 8 months at temperatures under 25 degrees celcius. However, we suggest storing cultures in the freezer when you get them in order to prolong the life of the culture.
The culture contains a very small amount of dairy
You must order this item by: Monday 19th December – QLD; Friday 16th December – NSW and VIC; Wednesday 14th – SA; Friday 9th – WA, to receive it in time for Christmas. If you do not order by this date, there is no guarantee you will have your item before Christmas Day.
If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, it is recommended to use an alternative, like your work address for delivery.; Orders cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.; Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2-10 working days for delivery. All gift pack deliveries are made from Monday to Friday and hampers are not delivered on Weekends or Public Holidays. Your gift pack will have authority to leave.
